The Internet certainly has its set of stars that are world renowned Of those stars, we've seen a rise of talented, witty, and beautiful women who have taken the Internet by storm. Join me, Chris "The Dace Man" Dace over the course of the next few weeks as we crown the 2014 Internet Goddess. This week we take a look at Round One of the tournament and highlight the contestants! In Bracket two we see the lovely Lara De Wit paired up with Jenny Lorenzo and Laina Morris versus Brittany Furlan. You have until February 28th to vote for Round 1!!!

Lara De Wit (Musician, YouTube Personality)

Not only is she gorgeous, but she is also one of the most talented musicians on YouTube and Tour today. Lara broke onto the scene from the great country of Australia bringing us many renditions of our favorite video game music. Yours truly had the pleasure of interviewing Lara on The Dace Man Show to find out she is your typical down-to-Earth girl next door. Lara has successfully released a music album with fellow Internet Goddess Contestant Taylor Davis as well as toured with her and many others to conventions and symphonies. Add to her brilliant musical talent her ability to throw together a costume to coincide with the music she is playing and you now have a video that captures the hearts of nerds across the world. Lara has landed herself a spot on the Fanboys Anonymous 2014 Internet Goddess Tournament!


Jenny Lorenzo (YouTube Personality)

Current host of Aggressive Comix: GeekGasm Jenny Lorenzo is no stranger to the camera, appearing in several online films as well as being host of Watch305 and a lead in Open Late. Jenny is a regular on YouTube and has a keen sense for 90s nostalgia. It is no surprise that Lorenzo would find her way onto Fanboys Anonymous's 2014 Internet Goddess Tournament. Is she the host with the most, and will it advance her into the next round? Only you have the power to determine her fate! Check her out regularly on Aggressive Comix.

Laina Morris (YouTube Personality, Internet Meme)

No doubt you have seen the creepy ex-girlfriend meme pop up somewhere on your Facebook Feed. That now familiar face is another entrant into our 2014 Internet Goddess Tournament. The Overly Attached Girlfriend has popping up on our feeds since June 2012 and has also posted videos to YouTube parodying several love songs from artists such as Police, Backstreet Boys, and Taylor Swift. Fully embracing the Overly Attached Girlfriend role, Laina soared to Internet fame and has been apart of Internet pop culture ever since.


Brittany Furlan (YouTube Personality, Vine Star)

Brittany debuted with the popular app Vine. Since then the queen of Vine and random pranking has sky rocketed as one of the most popular Vine Stars of All time! She compiles her collection of Vines on YouTube as well as fresh new content as well that exceeds the Vine limits. Due to her pranks and hilarious torturing of strangers, Brittany has earned herself a lifetime ban at Target. She is one of the few Vine'ers that yours truly can watch for hours [I say this because it was tough writing this spotlight and staying focused] so it is no surprise she landed herself a spot in the 2014 Internet Goddess Tournament.
