BIOGRAPHY
Jeff Penner is a professional comedian via stand-up comedy and improv dating way back to 1999 (when some of you were probably being born). His troupe opened Second Storey Theatre and currently provides improv workshops to youth in the Vancouver, BC, Canada area. He has a long history of reading both DC and Marvel comics as well as an unhealthy passion for animated films.
