Sony has it's fair share of games to be shown for it's Playstation 3 console such as the much anticipated titles from Naughty Dog and Quantic Dream in The Last of Us and Beyond: Two Souls respectively. However most (including myself) are very excited for the hardware of their new Playstation 4 debuting finally after first being revealed back in February earlier this year.
Microsoft is fresh off their recent unveiling of their upcoming Xbox One console. The hardware and controllers have already been shown for the system as well many other of it's other features and specs. No games were shown, but that was seemingly done by design. As Microsoft has gone on record to say E3 will be a big spot for games being revealed for their brand new console, expect playable demos for upcoming titles to be released for the 360 at some point this year as well.
A slew of third party developers also get their chance to shine here as always, with many properties once owned by the now defunct THQ will be showcased by their new owners. Other major news from these developers include Bethesda developing The Elder Scrolls Onlinem Ubisoft showing off some major content themselves, and Konami bringing us Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.
Super Smash Bros. 4 will likely be revealed via a major teaser trailer that will display a few veterans like Mario, Link, Kirby, and Pikachu. However they will likely be confronted by and battle a few debuting newcomers to the roster. Some examples being possible but not limited to: Shulk. Little Mac Zoroark, and even a third party character like Mega Man or Pac Man could be possible. The official title for the game will be officially be revealed as well come June 11th 2013.
