Leaked Comic-Con Batman v Superman Teaser?

There is one of two possibilities in this day and age, 1) this is legitimate and someone leaked some footage intended for San Diego Comic Con. 2) This is a very well done, fan-made teaser that they managed to get on the big screen to trick us all. Could this truly be footage from a teaser for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice?
