Week in Geek #92: April is Definitely No Time to Die as New James Bond Film's Release is Pushed Back and More | Fanboys Anonymous
Welcome to another edition of WEEK IN GEEK here at Fanboys Anonymous—a rundown of some of the events, news and stories that went down over the past few days in the geek culture spectrum.

This week in geek culture Fanboys Anonymous nerd recap

Here are some of the topics I felt like voicing my opinions about:

RIP James Lipton

The host of Inside the Actors Studio passed away at age 93. That's a good run, but it's always sad to see people go. I was fond of the program and I feel like everything associated with it probably helped make so many more stars in Hollywood than we'll ever know, which is a testament to his contributions.

The Batmobile

We got our first look at the new Batmobile. Of course, they made sure to obscure some of it, so it's not the best look. I don't know why they're bothering to do that. But this just looks like a modified normal car. For a starter thing, I'm okay with that, but I hope this isn't supposed to be Batman in his prime. The car and the suit just look too...homemade. If this is year 2, though, then that's cool.

No Time to Die Delayed

I bought my tickets to the new James Bond film, No Time to Die, only for it to get delayed until November 25th due to the coronavirus. While that makes sense, it strikes me funny that they waited until after the tickets went on sale. Maybe they weren't breaking the box office and figured they could mitigate a potential problem at the same time as having an excuse?

Apparently, there's a chance they take a 30-50 million dollar loss because of this, though. Well...hm...
