SECTION CHIEFS
SUBDIVISION SECTION CHIEFS
Each subdivision of the Fanboys Anonymous content will have an Assistant Manager who will oversee that particular section of content in the following ways:
- Content Direction
- Scouting news stories; brainstorming ideas for content; maintaining a variety of content
- Editing Liaison
- Communicating with the Editing Team to ensure posts are edited properly and on a timely schedule
- Recruitment
- Seeking new writers, podcasters and others who can bolster that section's strength
EDITING TEAM
EDITING AND FORMATTING
Editors will be tasked to proofread articles for spelling and grammar as well as format posts for proper SEO, labels, and layout.
MARKETING TEAM
GENERAL MANAGER OF MARKETING
The General Manager of the Marketing Team will oversee all members of the Marketing Team in all capacities listed below.
CONTENT SCOUTS
Content Scouts will assist the Section Chiefs of each subdivision and act as news hounds to alert contributors of fresh content to write about.
PROMOTION
Promoters will be tasked to advertise the Fanboys Anonymous brand name through various avenues, seek out new affiliates, submit post links to different sources and so forth.
SOCIAL MEDIA ENGAGEMENT
A priority of Fanboys Anonymous is to interact with our fans on our social media outlets. One of the responsibilities of the Marketing Team will be to engage the fan base by creating content such as trivia or responding to comments, directing the attention back to the website, and not only maintaining our presence on these networks but also building new followers.
WEBSITE STATS ANALYSTS
Web Stats Analysts will examine the brand's performance, brainstorm ways to improve its reach, boost traffic, and decipher trends from the fan base.
WRITING TEAM

LEVEL 3: PRIMARY WRITERS
Contributing Writers at Level 3 are classified as Primary Writers and are expected to post several times per week, promote their posts adequately, and follow all other rules and regulations.
They will be first in line for any monetary compensation and perks.
LEVEL 2: REGULAR WRITERS
Contributing Writers at Level 2 are classified as Regular Writers and are expected to post several times per month, promote their posts adequately, and follow all other rules and regulations.
They will be second in line for any monetary compensation or perks.
LEVEL 1: PART-TIME WRITERS
Contributing Writers at Level 1 are classified as Part-Time Writers and are expected to post at least once per month, promote their posts adequately, and follow all other rules and regulations.
They will not be eligible for any monetary compensation, nor any perks except for special circumstances.
LEVEL 0: INTERN WRITERS
Contributing Writers at Level 0 will be classified as Interns and are under an evaluation period before being placed in one of the superior positions.
PODCAST/SHOW TEAM
LEVEL 3: PRIMARY SHOW HOSTS
Primary Show Hosts are responsible for planning the content and working with all necessary staff in the preparation, execution, and post-production of each episode of their respective shows.
They will be first in line for any monetary compensation and perks.
LEVEL 2: REGULAR CO-HOSTS
Co-hosts are expected to regularly appear on programming, but are not the lead host. They may fill in those necessary responsibilities at times if called upon or under other special circumstances, but will not be tasked with this role on a normal basis. Instead, they are responsible for supporting the host in any aspects he or she needs and providing worthwhile content, first and foremost.
They will be second in line for any monetary compensation or perks.
LEVEL 1: PART-TIME GUEST HOSTS
Part-Time Guest Hosts are expected to appear every so often on programming, but not necessarily every week. They are responsible for providing the most worthwhile content possible given their allotted time on each particular episode of each particular show they partake.
They will not be eligible for any monetary compensation, nor any perks except for special circumstances.
MEDIA & DESIGN TEAM
GENERAL MANAGER OF MEDIA & DESIGN
The General Manager of the Media & Design Team will oversee all members of the Media & Design Team in all capacities listed below.
AUDIO DEPARTMENT
The Audio Department of the Media & Design Team will compose and edit music, sound clips, and any other audio requirements as need be.
GRAPHIC DESIGN DEPARTMENT
The Graphic Design Department of the Media & Design Team will meet any artistic needs Fanboys Anonymous requires such as creating logos, helping with website design, and so forth.
VIDEO DEPARTMENT
The Video Department of the Media & Design Team will assist in both the creation and editing of video content as need be.
SUPPORT TEAM
GENERAL MANAGER OF SUPPORT
The General Manager of the Support Team will oversee all members of the Support Team in all capacities listed below.
COMPLAINTS & FEEDBACK
The Complaints and Feedback department of the Support Team will organize and respond to fan feedback, complaints, copyright claims, and also maintain the brand's interpersonal affairs.
EMAIL SERVICES
The Email Services Support Team will oversee the organization and prompt response for several different email accounts associated with Fanboys Anonymous.
EVENTS COORDINATION
Event Coordinators will assist members in organizing and planning events including booking conventions, community gatherings, and scheduling interviews.
MODERATING
Moderators will rid website comments and social media accounts of abuse and spam.
RECRUITMENT
Recruiters will seek out new members to join the brand in all capacities for all different teams.
WEBSITE MAINTENANCE
Website Maintenance Support Team members will assist in improving the layout and fixing any errors or solving any issues with the Fanboys Anonymous website and accompanying assets on the internet.
